1. Choose your photo
Use your original file when possible. For HEIC, export a JPEG first. No image leaves your device through this tool.
No photo selected.
No photo loaded. Your original file will stay unchanged.
Keep ears, whiskers and any detail you want included away from the edge. Product shapes and usable areas vary: confirm the requirements on your chosen product page.
Before you choose a photo
- Start with the original. Use the camera file rather than a screenshot or a copy sent through a messaging app. Keep an untouched backup.
- Look at the face. Enlarge the original on your screen. Can you distinguish the eyes, nose and familiar markings? A larger pixel count alone cannot fix blur.
- Check the light. Look for visible detail in dark fur and bright areas. Avoid filters that change coat color. For a new photo, try even window light without making your pet face harsh sun.
- Leave breathing room. Include the whole area you want shown. A tight crop cannot recover ears, tails or whiskers outside the original frame.
- Choose the expression you remember. A recognizable everyday moment can matter more than a formal pose. If taking a new photo, let your pet stay comfortable and stop if they move away.
