Update pet microchip information
Update your pet's microchip details through the correct registry.
A microchip number is linked to a registry, but the lookup and the update happen on different routes. Find the registry first, then use its official owner-controlled account or contact process.

How to update pet microchip information without sharing it here.
B2H does not need your chip number, name, phone, address or account screen. Complete the update directly with the registry that holds the registration.
-
Identify the registry
Use a veterinary scan record, adoption record or other owner-held record to identify the chip number, then enter it only into an official registry lookup route.
-
Use the registry's owner route
Open the registry named by the lookup and use its official sign-in, phone or support process. B2H does not log in or update it for you.
-
Verify the current route
Confirm the registry can reach the contact route you intend to use, then tell a backup household member where the private record is kept.
Use the official route for the task, then return only if the broader readiness check is useful.

Review six recovery foundations without entering identity data.
Your choices are calculated in this browser and are not submitted. A completed checklist is not market validation or proof of a recovery outcome.
- Nothing is stored or sent by this check.
- Do not enter or show names, contact details, addresses, pet names, chip or tag numbers, credentials, photos, locations or health information.
- You make every correction yourself on your own device, account or physical item.
