This configuration uses a tan-and-cream woven sisal mat around the column—not the rope-wrapped versions in the supplier’s range. Look at the surface as well as the shape when considering what your cat likes.
We have not verified wear life, shedding performance or a replaceable-cover system.

Is the surface sisal mat or wrapped rope?
This page is for the woven sisal-mat configuration. It is not one of the supplier’s rope-wrapped variants. The photos show the tan-and-cream woven surface.
Will it stop my cat scratching the sofa?
No particular behavior outcome is guaranteed. Cats can prefer different surfaces and positions. Consider the scratching options your cat already uses; the room scene is not evidence that this post redirects scratching.
Is it suitable for a large cat?
