Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the BoxToHeart online store. The store is operated by Yihezeda Technology Co., Ltd, with its business address at RM22 2/F FU TAO BUILDING, NO.98 ARGYLE STREET, MONGKOK, COMMERCE, Kowloon, 510000, Hong Kong (referred to as “BoxToHeart,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Using the store

You must be able to enter a binding contract in the place where you live, or use the store with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You must not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.

Products and availability

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors and light effects can vary by screen, lighting and physical materials. Measurements described as approximate may have normal manufacturing variation. Product availability can change, and Shopify inventory is not a promise that stock exists on another sales channel.

Orders, price and acceptance

Checkout shows the product price, shipping charge and any tax collected by us before you place the order. An automated order confirmation means we received your order; it does not mean we must accept an order that cannot be paid, produced, legally supplied or delivered.

We may reject or cancel an order for a genuine availability, payment, fraud, pricing or legal reason. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Personalized orders

You are responsible for checking the names, dates, messages, images and other personalization details submitted with your order. Unless a product page expressly includes a proof, we use the submitted details without sending a separate design proof. For the current owner-operated personalized flow, production begins when the supplier order is successfully submitted. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after that point.

You confirm that you have permission to provide and use any name, image, message or other content you submit. You give us and the service providers needed to fulfill the order a limited permission to use that content only for production, quality review, customer support, delivery and related legal or fraud-prevention needs. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive or harmful content.

Shipping, returns and payments

Our Shipping and Delivery, Return Policy, Payment Information and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. If a specific product page gives a more specific truthful term for that product, the specific term applies to that product.

Store content and intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics and other BoxToHeart content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal shopping and may not copy or commercially exploit our content without permission. This does not transfer ownership of customer-provided personalization content to BoxToHeart.

Third-party services

The store relies on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, production partners and delivery carriers. Their own terms may apply to services they provide directly. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us as the seller.

Legal rights and responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, warranty, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for an indirect or unforeseeable loss that was not caused by its breach.

Questions and disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a question or dispute. Nothing in these Terms selects a law or forum that overrides mandatory consumer rights or rules that apply to you or to us.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future use of the store. The version in effect when you placed an order continues to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
